Bug 4 character login names can't log in.

I saw this: 5character loginnames can't log in and I hate to say it, but my name is “Rico” ;)

Can’t log in with a 4 character name either… Are whitespaces allowed? You could just change my login to “Rico G”.

Hi Rico – changed code to support (as was originally) 3,4,and 5 character names – newly created logins will still need to be 6 characters. try it now.
