Feature Idea: add link to new guide notification

New guide notification appears in lower right corner but is not clickable.

It would be nice if there was a link to open the guide.

Tricky to do that in a jGrowl notification, but I have added 5 most recent guides added as a sidebar box in Guides >> Public Guides.
