Using startup todo in Chrome on Ubuntu

I was doing the first project and noticed that adding decisions after the first one was difficult.

I just did the first project by reading through, making notes and clicking the tasks complete. Once I had clicked all the tasks complete:

1. Click on work log in order to enter a new entry, I left the “time started” field blank while submitting.
2. Without correcting the error (leaving a field blank in the work log), I added a decision and clicked submit.
3. The “+” button to add another decision disappeared
4. I corrected the error in the work log entry and submitted that. Now both the work log entry and the decision entry were there in the page sidebar, but the “+” against the decision box had appeared back.
5. I went ahead and added another decision and pressed submit, now the new decision was NOT added and the “+” sign disappeared again.

I am using Google Chrome on Ubuntu.
